T&R Law Offices has successfully represented AhaTherapy (operated by Koans Wellness Private Limited) in its pre-seed funding round. The investment was secured through the issuance of Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs).
The Mandate
The firm provided comprehensive legal counsel to AhaTherapy on all aspects of the transaction. The scope of the mandate included:
- Structuring and drafting of the definitive transaction agreements;
- Providing strategic advice on the issuance of CCDs;
- Ensuring full regulatory compliance and overseeing the closing process.
The capital raised will support AhaTherapy in the expansion of its platform and the strategic scaling of its team.
