Tejbir Singh is the Founding and Managing Partner at T&R Law Offices, a forward-thinking law firm dedicated to providing strategic and practical legal solutions. With extensive expertise in Corporate Law, Tejbir specializes in commercial advisory, contract structuring, data protection compliance, intellectual property, startup and founder advisory, and investor due diligence. Tejbir’s diverse practice encompasses guiding startups and founders in structuring their ventures, crafting airtight agreements, protecting intellectual property assets, and navigating data privacy regulations like the DPDP Act. He also works closely with investors, offering due diligence services to assess startup viability, compliance, and growth potential, ensuring informed and secure investments. Having worked with businesses across industries such as technology, education, real estate, and emerging markets, Tejbir brings a holistic perspective to every engagement.
Ms. Reva Sethi
Head of Compliances
Ms. Reva Sethi brings over 34 years of rich and diverse experience to her role as Head of Compliances at T&R Law Offices. A qualified Cost Accountant and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), Ms. Sethi also holds a Commerce (Hons.) degree from Delhi University. As the former Executive Director (Finance) and CFO of HUDCO, a prestigious NAVRATNA PSU, she has managed critical functions such as corporate accounts, taxation, financial planning, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise spans areas like tax planning, budgeting, loan accounts, banking and investments, financials for equity disinvestment through IPOs/FPOs, and internal audits. At T&R Law Offices, Ms. Sethi spearheads the compliance vertical, ensuring that clients navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes with ease. From advising on corporate governance and tax structures to coordinating with regulators, she is dedicated to helping businesses stay compliant and future-ready. Raghav Sethi

Raghav Sethi is a Founding and Managing Partner at T&R Law Offices, recognized for his expertise in litigation and dispute resolution across corporate, commercial, and technology-related matters. Specializing in corporate litigation, Raghav represents clients in shareholder disputes, breach of contract cases, intellectual property enforcement, and regulatory matters. He is particularly adept at handling disputes for startups, investors, and businesses across sectors like technology, real estate, and education.
